As the founder of MTK Therapy, Christina blends evidence‑based approaches, including CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing, with somatic and movement‑based modalities to foster holistic healing. Her practice is rooted in the belief that life is not meant to be walked through alone. She walks alongside patients through the discomfort and courage of recovery, helping them reconnect with motivation, transformation, and knowledge (the pillars that define MTK Therapy).
Christina is especially passionate about supporting women in their healing journeys, whether navigating identity, trauma, or life transitions, and offers a safe, affirming space for growth and restoration.
